Delicious and easy to make Salsa Recipe
- 420 grams canned whole tomatoes (Without the juices) (That’s about 5 tomatoes)
- 1/3 – 1/2 a small red onion. (chopped a few times)
- 1 Jalapeno – remove seeds and across and a few times.
- 2-3 cloves of Garlic. (Depending on size)
- a few cilantro leafs.
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin.
- 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder.
- 1/2 a lime squeezed.
Put the tomatoes, clinic onions and garlic in a food processor and pulse a few times. (10 or so)
Add the rest of the ingredients and run the processor untill you have a nice consistency.
