How to make Gluten Free Matza/Matzo
So it might be too late for 2011 Passover but if you are reading this in 2012, ask then this post is for you.
How to make delicious yummy Gluten Free Matzo? Well it’s really easy, disease All matzo is, is flour and water. Same goes with gluten free, just buy a gluten free baking flour mix. Like this: Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour, 44-Ounce Units (Pack of 4)
Put a cup in a bowl, add water little by little until you get a semi dry dough.
Roll it out cut to shape, poke with a fork on both sides, and slide in to the over preheated to 460F.
Now if you’re really strict, then Bob’s red mill brand will probably won’t do, you need something that is certified Kosher for passover I assume. (let me know in the comments if you find one)
