How to make or prepare Sushi Rice
I’ve noticed that whenever the wifi setting on my phone is set to be on at all times even when the screen is off, prevents my phone from going to deep sleep.
So make sure you have it set to only be always on when charging.
Click on Wifi in the settings, and then menu and click advanced.

This will be enough for about 6 rolls (using 1/2 a nori sheet per roll). if you need more just increase proportionality.
Ingredients:
1 cup of rice – rinse in cold water until water is clear
1 cup of water
1 Tbs rice vinegar
1 Tbs Sugar
1/2 Tbs Salt
Preparation:
Put rice and water in pot and bring to a boil uncovered. Cover as soon as boiling. Lower to a simmer for 10-15 minutes (depends on how low is your simmer). Remove from heat source and let stand for another 10 minutes covered)
Microwave Vinegar, sugar rice in micro for 25 seconds and stir.
Move Rice to a glass bowl and add mixture (leave whatever undissolved salt in the little mixing bowl)
Fold the rice in a cutting action to cool it down and to have a good coat.
