How to bypass Windows 11 microsoft cloud login and set up a local user.

When you reach the microsoft login page:
A) Press the Shift + F10 keys to open a command prompt. (if this doesn’t work you might have to press the FN key as well (to activate the f10 key)
B) Type either command below in the command prompt, and press Enter.
start ms-cxh:localonly
OR
start ms-cxh://setaddlocalonly
