How to make sugar free ketchup at home recipe

Very simple recipe rivals some of the best brands out there.
If you want to make it with sugar add about 1 Tbsp of sugar instead (or more to taste).

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of boiling water
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp mustered powder
pinch of allspice
pinch of cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 6oz tomato paste can  (Hunt’s works best from my testing)
1 Packet of Truvia
2.5 Tbsp White Vinegar

Whole Wheat Pasta Salad with Feta Recipe

Plov Recipe (European Rice Dish, Mostly Uzbek)

I went to a  restaurant  called Taste of Europe in Binghamton, NY and I ordered a dish I never tried before, it was called Plov.

It was so great, I decided to find out if I could recreate it.  I searched all over the internet and I tweaked a few recipes to get to this result.

New York Cheesecake Recipe

I learned a few things in my cheesecake baking adventure, sanitary cheesecake is tricky.  I mean, you could whip up one and it will be ok, but if you want one that is not cracked, has a nice texture and oh so yummy, TRICKY.  So i’m going to share with you what I learned.

Goulash Recipe

Ingredients:

Olive oil
3 onions,
sliced (Medium size)
2 tablespoons sweet paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp curry
3 pounds beef stew meat,
cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
4-5 cups vegetable stock,  (You can use 1 qt of water and 3 table spoons of  Osem Vegetable Consomme).

Cauliflower Soup (With Curry Paste) Recipe

I got the Shark GS500 Press & Refresh Garment Steamer after my upright steamer stopped working (conveniently shortly after warranty expired…). So this was an impulse purchase, I had to have something, since I steam my dress shirt and pants every morning before work.

So lets start with the Good:

Ingredients:

1 tablespoons olive oil or less (enough to saute the onions)
1 medium onion, approved chopped
1 cup peeled, chopped carrots  (Or baby carrots)
1 cup peeled, chopped parsnips
1 cup canned pumpkin puree (15oz Or so, a little more or less won’t make a big difference)
1 quart vegetable stock (You can use 4 cups of water and 4 table spoons of Osem Vegetable Consomme.

Very simple, check this works for me every time.   Start chowing gum before you start cutting the onion, at least 2 pieces (normally 3 pieces work for me)

Curried Rice Recipe – Curry Rice

Ingredients:

1/2 finely chopped onion (White.  Sweet would work)
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp vegetable  oil
1 cup basmati  rice
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
2 tsp chicken or vegetable consommé
Black pepper to taste.
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
1/2 cup chopped almonds, toasted (optional)

Directions:

Saute the  onions  and minced garlic, eczema add 3 cups of water, consommé, curry.  Wait for it to boil. Add Rice.  Cook covered, stir from time to time, until water level reaches the rice.  Read the rest
