Flour – 1200g
Water – 792g
Salt – 31g
Instant Yeast – 8g

I’ve noticed that whenever the wifi setting on my phone is set to be on at all times even when the screen is off, prevents my phone from going to deep sleep.
So make sure you have it set to only be always on when charging.
Click on Wifi in the settings, and then menu and click advanced.

My mother used to make sambusak all the time.
Here is a good recipe.
For the Dough:
- 1 1/2 tsp dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 cup water (Warm)
- 3 cups all-purpose flour

Very simple recipe rivals some of the best brands out there.
If you want to make it with sugar add about 1 Tbsp of sugar instead (or more to taste).
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of boiling water
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp mustered powder
pinch of allspice
pinch of cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 6oz tomato paste can (Hunt’s works best from my testing)
